From 5 to 8 October, Milan is celebrating glass in all its forms and will become a centre of attraction for the world of design and not only. Vitrum, the international trade fair for glass technologies, is hosting its more specialist visitors at Fieramilano Rho, while exhibitions, guided tours and organized experiential activities will enable the general public to discover the history, manufacturing, applications and artistic uses of a material so extraordinary that the United Nations General Assembly instituted the United Nations International Year of Glass in 2021..
